Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Evrythngoes.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, except where defective or as required by law:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, marked as such at checkout
- Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email info@evrythngoes.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including a return shipping label or address where applicable
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number
- Ship the item using the provided instructions
You can also check order status and start a return from your order tracking page.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Where available, we may also offer direct exchanges — contact us to check availability.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@evrythngoes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet entered processing or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under this policy upon delivery.
