Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and US territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently offer international shipping.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday sales), processing may take slightly longer; we'll notify you of any significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date, and are provided by our carriers. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Track Order page.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@evrythngoes.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
7. Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may occasionally ship in separate packages, depending on warehouse availability. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments, and each package will include its own tracking information.
