TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVRYTHNGOES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@evrythngoes.com.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
